Facilities Project Coordinator
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage & coordination of projects ranging in size (small building/office improvements to TI)
- Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace and sets a high bar for working safely
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the factory customers and Facilities counterparts
- Strong customer service skills to interact with all levels of TSMC employees (including Executive level), Customer Representatives and Government officials
- Interface with TSMC employees and vendors/contractors
- Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Inspect buildings’ physical plant daily to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards.
- Perform RFP for all necessary trades/contractors pertaining to the project.
- Ensure the site is operating according to state and local building codes.
- Plan and schedule all maintenance work on facility assets including Preventative, Predictive, Corrective and Reactive.
- Monitor contractors work and ensure work is being performed in accordance with contract specification.
- Continually evaluate service delivery process and make needed changes to drive cost savings initiatives including insource vs. outsource.
- Understand and support Site performance indicators
- Assist in annual budget development and management for outsourced services.
- Work with Front of house manager to generate scope for outsourced services.
- Ensure corrective action plans are deployed for service failure
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarization with building/project documentation (blueprints, CAD software, financial tracking, etc.)
- Familiar with all necessary permits required by municipality for related projects
- Experience working with subcontractors of varying trades, including corporate clients
- Demonstrate a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard mouse and other standard office equipment for prolonged periods of time.
- Tasks may include lifting, bending, standing, or extended walking.
- Training:
- Ability to travel to Taiwan for training
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA safety certifications & knowledge
- Project Management Certifications are a plus
