Job Title - Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies of our organization. This position involves conducting comprehensive financial analyses, developing models for forecasting, and preparing detailed financial reports. Your insights will guide management in making informed decisions that enhance the company's financial health. By identifying trends and patterns, you will contribute significantly to our team and drive the company's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify trends and patterns impacting the company's financial performance.
2. Develop and utilize driver-base financial models to forecast future performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and identify areas for any potential cost-saving opportunities.
4. Provide actionable recommendations to management for improving financial performance, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.
5. Collaborate effectively with departments such as human resource, material management, and operations to gather and ensure accurate financial data reporting.
6. Stay informed on financial regulations to ensure company compliance with applicable laws.
7. Participate in financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
8. Conduct industry research to identify trends and best practices to enhance the company's financial performance.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP systems preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex processes in a simple manner.
• Strong teamwork capabilities with the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle high volumes of work accurately and with limited direction.

Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
