TSMC Arizona is looking for an HR Business Partner Manager to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a HR Business Partner Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

 

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Align the talent strategy with business strategy, and act as a change agent/ strategic partner for the business leaders to enable them to lead their team effectively to achieve their business goals.
  2. Lead strategic planning on workforce and develop organizational capabilities required for the business success and execute succession planning to deliver leadership pipeline ready for future business growth.
  3. Boost organization efficiency and effectiveness through enhancing people and team capability.
  4. Provide HR support on consistent execution and interpretation of HR related policies & procedures.
  5. Facilitate corporate or functional HR programs and activities to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Management, or the related domains.
  2. Minimum 8~10 years of working experiences in HR, and experienced in different HR disciplines including talent acquisition, performance management, organization design, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations, etc.
  3. Excellent and influential people skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.
  4. A true team player who is not afraid to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion.
  6. Proactive, data-driven, solution focus, and enterprise thinking.
  7. Strong attention to details and execution excellence.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
