Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include,
- Possessing strong understanding manufacturing science (Theory of constraints, Capacity planning, and flow optimization)
- Ensuring that the core infrastructure of the factory can cooperate with the production control and execution systems to meet production needs
- Collecting and performing data analysis of tools and dispatching logic to ensure the equipment and process flow is running at optimum level
- Creating or maintaining an effective scheduling system that can provide decision-making logic to enable the fab to achieve production capacity targets while improving the operation control capability of the fab and significantly reduce variability
- Responding quickly to change priorities and handle multiple projects with potentially overlapping deadlines
- Establishing effective planning capabilities to maximize fab capabilities to meet customers’ requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database/informatics tools meet standards and goals Managing all members and building team spirit through involvement and effective communication
- Managing and coordinating daily activities for Manufacturing Specialists to ensure production goals are met
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
- A minimum of a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Computer Science, Mechanical and Automation Engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of optimization algorithm, IE, IT, or related fields is required.
- Enthusiasm and dedication with the ability to motivate, lead, and teach a team.
- The ability to be a team player who can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- May need to travel to Taiwan for training up to 6 months depends on onboarding schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
