TSMC Arizona is looking for a Lithography EUV Hardware Engineering Manager to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Lithography EUV Hardware Module Engineering Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust. TSMC Arizona’s Lithography Department is responsible for leading new technology transfers, new production line set up and maintenance and the quality and productivity improvement to ensure a smooth production operation.

We are seeking an experienced EUV scanner manager to lead our team of engineers in the development and maintenance of EUV scanner at TSMC AZ, US Fab. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EUV or DUV lithography and experience managing a team of engineers.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the EUV Scanner is operating 7x24 at peak performance and meets all quality and safety standards
• Hire/Manage a team of engineers/technicians
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that EUV scanner is integrated into the overall manufacturing process
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for EUV scanner team
• Establish clear expectations and encourage continuous improvement to tool vendors

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in EUV or DUV lithography operation fab
• Experience managing a team of engineers and technicians
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of EUV or DUV lithography

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ

Training Location: Phoenix - (some training in Taiwan)
