Senior Business Application Engineer - Brief Description
Support the establishment and maintenance of systems at TSMC Arizona, contributing to the stable development and operation of new fabs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and efficient processing of business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve user-reported SAP ERP issues promptly, reduce operational disruptions, and enhance system functionalities. Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, maintaining high user satisfaction rates and operational stability. Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to identify and implement improvements, boosting system performance and operational efficiency. Design and implement comprehensive training programs for system users, covering key functionalities such as procurement-to-pay systems (ERP), and warehouse management systems (EWM). Provide ongoing support and guidance to system users to ensure a thorough understanding of system processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Stay current with new IT technologies and integrate open-source or SaaS solutions to benefit users.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in IT within the semiconductor industry.

Technical Skills:

• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
  • MES, ERP systems, manufacturing technologies, and business operations;
  • Managing business applications, including SAP ERP, procurement-to-pay systems, quote-to-cash systems, and warehouse management systems;
  • Supporting system integration within a manufacturing environment;
  • Domain knowledge in ERP, SCM, CRM, and EWM;
  • Programming languages such as SQL, Visual C++, Visual C#, Python, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML, or PHP.
  • Tracing, debugging, source control, profiling, and unit test coverage.

Physical Requirements:

• Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.

Standard Work Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
