Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the security team to identify and define critical key performance indicators (KPIs) across various domains like vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance.
- Collect, cleanse, and organize diverse security data sets from sources such as access logs, etc.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like [e.g., Splunk Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, Grafana] to effectively visualize KPIs, identify trends, and highlight security posture.
- Conduct initial data analysis to pinpoint security anomalies, potential threats, patterns of malicious activity, and areas for process improvement within our security operations.
- Present analytical findings and dashboard designs to security leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Splunk Dashboards, Grafana, or advanced Excel charting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, maturity, and resilience, particularly when exposed to sensitive or potentially disturbing information.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location from:
- Semester system: June 7st 2026 – August 14th, 2026
- Quarter system: June 22nd, 2025 – August 28th, 2026
- Strong communication, computer, presentation, listening, working with others needed to contribute to the team and TSMC Arizona’s culture.
