TSMC Arizona is looking for a Tool Install Program Manager
to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Tool Install Program Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
- Work directly with internal client and construction management teams to deliver tool install projects on time.
- Continuous improvement and optimization of tool install process, procedures, productivity, war-room operations, and KPIs.
- Plan for and present requirements for tool install ramps across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage project team, staff augmentation teams, and trade partners in order to meet requirements and deliverables keeping the values of safety and quality in mind.
- Review pricing for designed scope and change orders with design and trade partners to ensure scope is adequately covered.
- Foster good working relationships with Trade labor.
- Working with Internal Construction team to troubleshoot tool install enabling facility requirements and critical path gates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tool install project/program management.
- 10+ years of management experience leading teams and projects in semiconductor, high-tech, or mission critical industries.
- Understanding of tool install best known methods for US market.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple potentially conflicting priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in APAC semiconductor tool install projects or large-scale building projects.
- Understanding of Taiwanese culture and/or Mandarin Chinese language.
- Experience on Giga-fab projects, or other Mega-scale projects.
