TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly reliable and enthusiastic individual, for an up to 12-month Fixed Term contract position as a Training Coordinator and Administrator

As a Training Coordinator & Administrator you will support the implementation and tracking of language, intercultural programs, and other soft skills manager programs. This role is crucial in identifying system capabilities, making recommendations, implementing new ideas, and working with internal customers to support their needs within the learning system. As the Training Coordinator & Administrator, you will manage the administration and coordination of learning events and training, ensuring the smooth operation of our educational initiatives. You will play a significant role in maintaining and optimizing our learning systems, contributing to the overall success of our learning and development programs.
This is a temporary, up to 12-month fixed term, on site contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and coordination of learning events and training.
- Prepare learning materials and content for course deployments.
- Manage training calendars, training rooms, invitations, and all related communications via Emails, LMS system, and TEAMs messages.
- Complete course set-up, track learners’ completion status, and create reports from the LMS.
- Identify the capabilities of SuccessFactors Learning to support TSMC’s training needs.
- Create job aids and documentation for SuccessFactors learning processes and procedures.
- Create, test, and launch courses in SuccessFactors Learning.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees with questions about systems and general L&D team inquiries.
- Manage learning indicators and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support learning analytics and learning and development scorecards.
- Assist the team with additional training needs as required.
- Maintain shared folders for L&D.
- Perform other relevant job duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
- Associate degree in Instructional Systems Design, Learning, Adult Education, or associated area required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with learning management systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, graphs, and data analysis for report generation.
- Technical familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Effective communication through email, Teams messages, and over the phone.
- Demonstrates customer service mindset and patience with repetitive questions and tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
Physical Requirements:
- None specified beyond common tasks.
- Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
