The HR Operation Center is dedicated to creating a workplace environment that is supportive, safe, and employee-friendly. Our responsibilities encompass the management of key on-site facilities, including the employee cafeteria, health center, fitness center, and mailroom.

We strive to ensure that all services provided within the facility meet the highest standards of quality, safety compliance, and budget efficiency through effective vendor management. By delivering well-managed and high-quality services, the HR Operation Center plays a vital role in enhancing employee satisfaction, strengthening engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage our employee cafeteria and support workplace events. This role includes vendor selection, contract management, SOP setup, budget review, and cost control. The ideal candidate is service-oriented and passionate about creating a better workplace through high-quality food service and engaging employee activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and oversee the maintenance of the on-site employee cafeteria, breakrooms, and other general employee service programs.
  2. Communicate with and manage vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
  3. Manage existing and new contracts, ensuring invoice accuracy, timely payments, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  4. Define company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and evaluate supplier performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability.
  5. Review employee feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with vendors to enhance the quality of employee services.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, Finance, Legal, Procurement, PUSD, and Operations teams.
  7. Plan and host events or activities that enrich employee satisfaction and promote workplace improvement.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in managing vendors, procurement, or employee food services management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation skills with vendors.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and address concerns effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • No unique physical requirements beyond common tasks such as sitting, standing, or occasional walking.
