Job Title: Account Specialist
Job Descriptions: Execute sales plans, ensure operation efficiency to generate sustainable growth, and drive customer satisfaction. Develop customer relationships to influence decision making and leverage leadership skills to secure TSMC support. Set appropriate final product integrated unit pricing models, including silicon wafer, testing, and assembly/packaging prices. Negotiate and provide quotes to close sales that drive revenue and profitability. Establish account calls and collaboration on technical/cost-effective solutions to meet customer’s needs and TSMC’s goal. Collaborate within the account team and cross-functional teams on both business and technical issues with tangible actions for account strategy alignment. Manage demand forecast and order fulfillment. Perform market and cost analysis to guide clients on the appropriate technology solutions with total cost of ownership in mind. Provide exemplary business analysis support to the Account Director and VP.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Material Science and Engineering or Electrical Engineering, and two (2) years of experience in Advanced Package or semiconductor related supply chain position.
Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Experience in Advanced Packaging end-to-end logistics process from business engagement to production ramping; Project management experience in business process issue identification, system solution build-up and overall schedule control; Experience in silicon semiconductor foundry with knowledge of the Fab manufacturing process and new tape outs procedures; and Experience in managing relationships with IC design house customers.

Salary Range: $133,515 to $134,000 per year

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $133,515 to $134,000/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
