Job Title: Project Manager
Job Descriptions: Responsible for the management of projects to collaborate with Information Technology (IT) teams to complete system trouble shooting for TSMC users. Utilize specialized knowledge of the semiconductor industry, and TSMC’s specific processes, foundry supply chain and pricing structures on technology, system development project management, and sales management to support and manage our critical projects. Collect enhancement requirements from users, propose solutions, communicate with IT departments, decide priority, and follow up to push the schedule for on-time delivery of initiatives. Conduct project meetings, write business scenarios and system requirements, lead User Acceptance Test (UAT), provide system training to business users, and support post-production system enhancements. Understand business processes, drive system project execution, and advocate change management with IT team and business users and achieve successful rollout and promotion to end-users. Support day-to-day system troubleshooting and system administration support. Perform processing rebate and returns, and creating business reports. Closely collaborate with TSMC cross-functional teams in US and HQ to improve system effectiveness and end-user satisfaction.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study, and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
Must have knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing design, process, and operations; and knowledge of the semiconductor industry, foundry supply chain and pricing structure on technology, system development project management, sales management support.

Salary Range: $121,035 to $153,000 per year

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $121,035 to $153,000/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
