Job Title: Project Manager
Job Descriptions: Coordinate/conduct project meetings, write detailed business and system requirements, lead User Acceptance Testing and provide system training to business users. Drive system project execution and advocate change management with IT team as needed for each initiative. Support day-to-day system troubleshooting and system administration. Manage daily operation process for sales debit/credit requisition. Perform various administration tasks, for example, idle mask management. Conduct regular training for Customer Support Specialist, including user manual, operation process and policy updates.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or related field, and 2 years’ experience in a related position.
Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, process and operations; Experience in supply chain management, including operation, planning, material management, subcontractor management related to Tech node advanced packaging; Experience with FAB/ 3DFrabic(CoWoS, InFo) operations and production lines, demand conversion, Planning BOM (Bill of Material), Planning factors, Capacity Balance, Simulation, Capacity consumption, Order confirmation and Order placement/closing; and Experience with project management.

Salary Range: $121,035 to $156,000 /year.

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $121,035 to $156,000 /year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
