Overview of Role
TSMC North America is seeking a Recruiter to join a high-performing, small but mighty TA team supporting a critical and fast-growing arm of the world's leading semiconductor foundry. This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering a mix of technical engineering and corporate/business positions, partnering directly with hiring managers across the organization to identify, engage, and close top talent in a highly competitive market.
You will work closely with the Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition and a tight-knit team of recruiters and HR specialists, with real ownership over your requisitions and the opportunity to shape how the team sources, evaluates, and engages candidates.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical (engineering, R&D) and corporate/business roles, from intake through offer.
- Facilitate the administration and logistical execution of key talent acquisition projects—including internship program, employee referral program, and campus recruiting strategies/events—while supporting various global hiring efforts.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope role requirements, build sourcing strategy, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Source passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates, managing a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate and help facilitate interview loops, debriefs, and offer processes in partnership with hiring team and HR.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles within the semiconductor and broader tech talent market.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing strategy to hiring managers and leadership team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
- 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house or agency/executive search within the semiconductor or broader technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a mixed requisition load spanning both technical and corporate/business roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including direct/Boolean sourcing and proactive pipeline-building for hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer construction in a competitive technical labor market.
- Exposure to AI-assisted or technology-enabled recruiting workflows.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting structured university relations, internship programs, or referral campaigns, with the ability to smoothly facilitate cross-functional and multi-regional collaboration.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system; SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an annual base salary between $80,000 and $115,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
