Sr. HR Program Manager, Talent Acquisition (6953)
TSMC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Acquisition to spearhead initiatives aligned with our workforce globalization strategy and HR transformation across the US regions.
This newly created role plays a critical part in shaping TSMC's talent acquisition programs, providing regional alignment while maintaining the uniqueness of each site’s practices. Key Responsibilities
As the Sr. Program Manager, you will:
1. Program Leadership
• Lead and execute key Talent Acquisition (TA) programs, including campus recruiting, and internship programs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance US regional alignment, ensuring consistency across legal entities while adapting to local needs.
• Own the project lifecycle for US-specific initiatives, working closely with global team and regional stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
2. Strategic Collaboration
• Serve as the primary US representative for global TA initiatives and programs, bridging the gap between local implementation and global alignment.
• Engage stakeholders across various levels—from corporate executives (VPs/C-suite) to junior staff—to drive alignment, collaboration, and buy-in.
• Present strategies, program updates, and insights effectively to executive audiences.
3. Optimization & Innovation
• Evaluate current TA programs and processes, identifying areas for optimization and alignment with broader HR transformation goals.
• Partner with HQ teams to design new initiatives that reflect TSMC’s evolving workforce strategy.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, and business unit representatives across US regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, ensuring alignment between regional and global objectives.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• At least 12 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in program management with a focus on HR objectives.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition programs, campus recruiting, and workforce alignment strategies.
• A background in in-house TA, COE, or program management preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong presentation capabilities, especially in executive-level settings.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.

Pay Transparency / Benefits statement
At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $121,500 and $200,000 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location. TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. We also offer extensive development opportunities and programs.
