Overview of Role

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day team operations and projects as assigned:  
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for planning initiatives, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
    • Facilitate team meetings, capture action items, and manage ad-hoc operational requests to ensure smooth team function.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation:  
    • Develop and present comprehensive reports and impactful presentations on short-term and long-term demand changes.
    • Draft and maintain clear documentation for market intelligence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis for Demand:  
    • Gather and synthesize market intelligence and internal demand data to identify demand trends and opportunities.
    • Perform quantitative analysis and utilize data visualization to extract insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently rising Juniors or Seniors working toward a Bachelor’s, or pursuing a Master’s degree, in STEM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills (e.g., advanced functions, pivot tables, macro understanding) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, independent, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Semiconductor Industry, Products, and Market trends.
  • Preferably some related experience through previous internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework in pricing, finance, or market analysis.
  • A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
