仕事の内容
【エンジニア業務】
・先端パッケージ用プロセスのコンセプト提案、技術開発および検証
・上記開発に必要な各種実験、試作、評価、分析等を提案・実施し、パッケージプロセスにおける各種要素技術の確立（チップとパッケージの相互作用、はんだ接合の信頼性など）
上記以外にも、必要に応じてその他の業務の対応を行って頂きます。
【Engineering Tasks】
・Propose concepts, develop and validate technologies for advanced packaging processes.
・Propose and execute various experiments, prototypes, evaluations, and analyses necessary for the above development, and establish various elemental technologies in the packaging process (such as chip and package interactions, solder joint reliability).
In addition to the above, you will be required to handle other tasks as needed.

以下の分野で“主体的”に研究開発に取り組んだ経験をお持ちの方
・材料開発
・デバイス開発
・プロセス開発
（半導体分野が望ましいが、意欲あれば別分野でも歓迎）
【専門分野２】
専門分野１に加え、以下の分野でいずれかの知識を有し、研究開発実務においてご自身の知識を活かせる方
・有機化学
・無機化学
・物理化学
・固体物理
・材料力学
・半導体デバイス・プロセスなど
【姿勢】
・新しい知識や技術の習得に前向き、かつ、ご自身で研究開発課題の設定および推進が可能な方
【経験】
・事業会社での2年以上の就業経験
【日本語】
・日本語能力試験N2 （日本語を母国語としない方）
【英語】
・TOEICスコア650以上、または、スコア550以上に加え業務での英語利用経験
・英語での論文閲読、資料作成などの情報収集・発信に抵抗が無い方
・英語でのメール、会話等のコミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方
【Professional Field 1】
We are looking for individuals who have proactively engaged in research and development in the following areas:
・Materials Development
・Device Development
・Process Development
(Semiconductor experience is preferred, but candidates from other fields with enthusiasm are also welcome)
【Professional Field 2】
In addition to Specialized Field 1, candidates who possess knowledge in any of the following areas and can apply it in practical research and development:
・Organic Chemistry
・Inorganic Chemistry
・Physical Chemistry
・Solid State Physics
・Materials Mechanics
・Semiconductor Devices and Processes, etc.
【Attitude】
・Candidates should be open to acquiring new knowledge and technologies, and be capable of independently setting and advancing research and development challenges.
【Experience】
・Over 2 years of work experience in a business company
【Japanese Language】
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 (for non-native speakers)
【English Language】
・TOEIC score of 650 or above, or a score of 550 or above with experience using English in a professional setting
・No resistance to reading papers, preparing materials, and collecting/disseminating information in English
・No resistance to communication in English, such as emails and conversations
