TSMC Arizona is looking for an Quality Systems Management Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As an Outgoing Quality Assurance Engineer, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

TSMC Arizona’s Quality & Reliability is responsible for incoming materials and final product quality, process and product qualification, and failure analysis.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensure operation of overseas organization comply with headquarters’ quality system

• Train employees on quality tools

• Develop organization quality culture

• Host Quality symposium

• Responsible for document control

• Responsible for 3rd party quality system certification

• Responsible for internal quality audit

Responsible for customer audit handling

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• At least 1+ years of experience as a quality auditor in a related industry or automotive industry
• Professional certificate such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor qualification
• Familiar with AIAG quality tools: (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
• Bachelor or Master degree in the related field of industrial engineering or science and engineering 
• Capable to communicate in English in business occasions
• Uphold high standards of integrity, objectivity, and fairness, to build and maintain stakeholders’ (auditee, management, etc.) trust and confidence via mature and professional manner
• Morally courageous, willing to act responsibly even though these actions may result in disagreement or confrontation
• Great communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

6 sigma, 8D, quality-related background is highly preferred.
