HR_HRIS & Digital Specialist
Summary
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making. This role will require experience in time and attendance (T&A) and payroll systems.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems which is including other HR systems, ensuring configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems
- Collaborate with TSMC, JASM HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Analyze HR data and provide reports to support HR decision-making
- Manage T&A and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
(Scope of change)
- There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in HR
A thorough understanding of the employee life cycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Talent & Performance, and Compensation
- Willing to improve HR environment
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Problem-solving with IT department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business level of English and fluent Japanese
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Core HR system experience (Company, Success Factors, People Soft) is a plus
- Multinational companies(MNCs) HR, IT, consulting experience is a plus
- Mandarin is a plus
- Experience of T&A, Payroll is a plus
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
