JASM - Human Resources - Total Reward Section Manager (4945)

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Play as section head to lead the total reward team.
  • Lead team to design and develop total reward policies, procedures and solutions.
  • Comply with company internal control regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Total Reward and Mobility teams in HQ to implement corporate C&B, Mobility related projects and initiatives.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education requirement – BCH degree+ in Business or HR related field.
  • 8 years above of C&B related experience.
  • Fluent communication in English and Japanese is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Possess knowledge of compensation panning, benefit, mobility, time & attendance systems, Japan employment laws and payroll regulations.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in localization of compensation and benefit and mobility practice is preferred.

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
